I couldn’t help but want to try this little layering trick I saw during Tory Burch’s spring fashion march on the Oprah Show. I tried it today, safely using only black on black. I think it worked. I’m always looking for new ways to reinvent my boring clothes.

Isn’t this similar to the early nineties layering trend of spaghetti strap sundresses over sleeves?
God, that makes me feel old. Does fashion really recycle THAT fast?

CLOSE, but this is NOT a sundress, and I think that’s important. I never layer like this, BUT I think the only reason why it’s acceptable is because it’s over a button down shirt. Cami over a tee shirt? Hell, no!
