A while ago our mother sent us a little “go have fun” money. So, Gina and I spent a bright sunny fall day in Seattle drinking coffee at Peets, eating Thai food at the best vegan buffet in town, flaunting clothes (like stretch pants and polo shirt dresses) at American Apparel, trying on bras for breast cancer research at Macy’s, and eating vegan cookies bought at Pike Place Market.
