I currently take on a small number of UX strategy and leadership engagements via my micro-consulting business, v1v10.

Some current personal projects are listed below. Details to come, maybe.

• Kris’s Plant Care App—a web app that identifies a houseplant via computer vision, let’s you assign it to a room in your house, provides care instructions, and assembles a care schedule. Problem it’s solving: I don’t know when to water my plants.
• Kris’s Vinyl Collection App—a multiuser web app that identifies a vinyl record via computer vision, pulls authoritative details from Discogs, and adds to a sortable, filterable, searchable list. Problem it’s solving: I can’t remember what records I owns (because I have ~500 of them).
• Kris’s Flat File CMS—a lightweight CMS for publishing content on the web. No database, no interface, just markdown files and an FTP client. Problem it’s solving: I drown in the sea of CMS features.
